Meet CroVegas, the upcoming dApp from KitCoin, designed to deliver a fun and engaging Web3 casino experience where users can play lottery, roulette, coin flip, and blackjack using $CRO and more.
With the DAPP now 95% complete and gearing up for a public debut, we caught up with the KitCoin team to dive deeper into their vision, development journey, and what lies ahead.

Can you tell us the story behind KitCoin and how it led to the creation of CroVegas?
“KitCoin was formed nearly 1 year ago at a time where projects and tokens were popping up everywhere but many of these projects resulted in investors losing funds. Thus, the first goal with KitCoin was to provide a safe & reliable project.
Thus, the idea of CroVegas was born to make a difference and find a way to unite projects & communities across Cronos.”
In a sea of web3 gaming DApps, what makes CroVegas stand out from the rest?
“CroVegas offers a clean, easy and functional dApp that can be used by the seasoned web3 users but could also be an onboarding tool for the novice user. Currently there are 25 tokens available to play and the goal has been to build the dApp as a win-win platform for users, partner projects and all stakeholders.”
You’ve mentioned profit sharing and token utility as core values—can you explain how CroVegas creates win-win scenarios for partner projects?
“For all games excluding the lottery there is a 1% tax in $CRO and 6% on wins. Partnering projects will receive a percentage of these taxes to use according to their needs – from building additional products to rewarding their community. This creates a wonderful partnership that incentivises participation”
What kind of games can players expect at launch—and are there any unique twists you’re adding?
“Upon launch we will be releasing coin flip, roulette and multi-token simitanious lotteries. Shortly after we will push out Black Jack and continue to roll out additional games depending on the uptake of the initial 4.”
The DApp is reportedly 95% complete—what have been the biggest challenge during development so far?
“The biggest challenges to date would be to ensure the dApp still remained a very user friendly interface while also being interactive & engaging. Thankfully, we were able to mesh everything together to bring a product that checks all the boxes.”
What attracted you to build CroVegas specifically on Cronos Chain?
“We feel Cronos has huge potential, I personally am a believer of Cronos/CRO/Crypto.com ecosystem. It is where my roots are and I believe that CroVegas could be the bridge for many projects to unite and work together to push Cronos to the next level.”
In your view, what does Cronos need more of to take gaming DApps to the next level?
“It would be great to see more support and exposure for Cronos via Crypto.com. While there have been critical achievements and powerful marketing for Crypto.com, some focus on the blockchain would really be beneficial to all.”
How do you see CroVegas in particular and gaming dApps in general contributing to the overall growth and stickiness of the Cronos ecosystem?
“I feel that CroVegas will be a central hub for projects to give them utility and use case for their token. We will encourage all to grow together, work together and collectively bring more exposure to Cronos as a whole.”
What’s next after launch? Any roadmap milestones or features you’re excited about?
“After launch we will be bringing more games, adding new partners and making adjustments to improve elements based on user feedback. We also envisage offering additional services to Cronos with the same mind set of a win-win scenario”
