After a memorable end to May 2025, June has started off quiet for Cronos despite projects continuing to hit new milestones.

CRO below $0.10 after hitting Monthly High in Daily Transactions:
Despite spending most of May above the 10 cent mark, CRO dipped by 5% in the last week and is currently trading at $0.098. Nevertheless, the token continues to maintain its position at number 35, based on its market cap. In fact, On May 31, Cronos processed 68,964 transactions, its highest daily count in 30 days. Thus, despite a rather disappointing week in terms of price translation of ecosystem growth, signs remain bullish.

Crypto.com’s derivatives arm has sued the Nevada Gaming Control Board for blocking its federally regulated sports event contracts, arguing only the CFTC has jurisdiction to do so. A favorable ruling could strengthen legal clarity for on-chain event-based financial products.. This may also open doors for decentralized prediction markets and tokenized derivatives on Cronos, while reinforcing federal over state authority in Web3 finance regulation.
