1. Can you tell us the story behind $RETRIB—what inspired the creation of the project, and what makes it different from other reward-based tokens?

$RETRIB started because of all the “rugs” happening. We wanted to create a project for #crofam where the developer wouldn’t quit or give up on our family! Giving 2% rewards is an incentive and also a thank you for being part of Cronos.

2. Your 2% $CRO and $SOL reward system is a key feature. How does it work in practice, and how has the community responded to these passive income mechanics so far?

Our rewards are made inside our contract via buys and sells, where the CA swaps $RETRIB into $CRO and automatically sends the rewards to holders’ wallets—making it a NO SWAP system! Our community is loving the rewards, with a total so far of 170,000 $CRO and an average of 10,000 $CRO per mid-whale-sized holding every 30 days.

3. With two games in development—including one featuring NFT boosters—how is $RETRIB approaching utility and engagement through gamification?

Our first game will be an old-school Mortal Kombat-style game, including a weekly leaderboard event where the top five players will win $CRO or $USDC. It will consist of power-ups, and our REMNANT RAIDER NFTs will be used as boosters to increase overall fighting power! It will be a skill-based game offering a 50% to 59% win/loss ratio.

Our second game will be a 1990s-style board game where users can bet crypto for a simple win/loss scenario, making them use more of their brain than luck!

4. You’ve mentioned that 95% of the ecosystem has been personally funded. How has this shaped your approach to project sustainability and community trust?

By using our own personal funds, we avoid situations where investors get upset over timelines or demand changes. By self-funding, we put more heart and personality into our DApps! I believe it builds more trust and commitment from our holders—since the market has gone down, yet we’re still building, growing, and achieving our roadmap.

5. Why did you choose Cronos as a foundational chain, and what has the journey been like engaging with the Crofam ecosystem?

Cronos is the one-stop shop for everything in crypto: ease of trading, staking vaults, the debit card, NFTs, events! I’ve seen people elsewhere get their accounts frozen for withdrawing funds, but CDC hasn’t shown any of those bad actions. That’s the main reason why I picked Cronos.

6. You’re now expanding to Solana via pre-sale. What motivated this cross-chain move, and how will bridging back to Cronos benefit the original holders?

Launching on Solana gives better outreach for our $RETRIB ecosystem, creating more rewards for everyone who holds! The bridge is a much-needed action to continue supporting Cronos holders and our home within the Cronos chain. A good portion of our collected fees and rewards will be bridged back to Cronos to conduct our 250M $RETRIB buyback and restart our LP adds and burns! In my opinion, it builds trust and shows we’re actually growing and building.

7. What’s next for $RETRIB? Can you share any upcoming milestones or new features that the community can look forward to?

Upcoming features for $RETRIB: massive buybacks on both chains, NFT staking to earn $CRO, and our two DeFi games earning rewards! We’ve been building a few incentive programs to encourage more communication and active participation in our community, which will roll out in the next few weeks.
